Course of Scientists,
Media and Public
The
course aims to prepare researchers to public communication of
science directly and/or through the media, teaching the tricks behind
this effort and clearing you how to work with professional journalists.
It can
therefore be regarded as an ideal complement to the course "Techniques
of scientific communication", and is recommended as a prerequisite to
the course "Scientific Journalism".

Course of Techniques of Science Communication
It
is proposed to give a general comprehension of the many
possibilities for public communication of science today,
and to provide - through lectures and exercises to be performed in the
classroom and at home - the tools and methodologies for putting them
into practice. It is therefore an ideal complement to the course of
"Relations among scientists, media and public", and is recommended as
a prerequisite to the course "Scientific Writing and Publishing."
